Debanshu has curated Vidhi's insolvency and bankruptcy related work since its founding.

He advised the Ministry of Finance on the design and drafting of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.After the IBC was enacted, he worked with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India for its swift implementation. Debanshu has also worked on projects targeted at reforming India’s pre-IBC debt restructuring mechanisms and advised a Government appointed committee on resolution of financial firms.

He is an alumnus of the Harvard Law School, the University of Oxford and the Hidayatullah National Law University.
He attended Harvard as a Fulbright-Nehru Scholar. He was also selected as a Hauser Global Scholar by the NYU Law School.

Shreya is the Coordinator of the Vidhi Bankruptcy Studies Programme.

She has worked extensively with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, advising them on the implementation of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and the design of the rules and regulations under the IBC, including those relating to insolvency professionals, insolvency professional agencies and the corporate insolvency processes under the Code. She is also a member of the Joint Steering Committee of the Insolvency Research Foundation and the Taskforce on Insolvency Best Practices set up by the Society of Insolvency Practitioners of India, and has conducted capacity building exercises for bureaucrats and insolvency professionals on the IBC.

Shreya is an alumna of the University of Oxford where she read for the BCL as the Zaiwalla scholar at the Oxford India Centre for Sustainable Development, and the National Law School of India University, Bangalore from where she graduated as a gold-medallist.
